A Delhi court today granted bail to Rajya Sabha MP Anil Kumar Sahani and two others who were summoned as accused in a case of allegedly using fake bills to claim Leave Travel Concession, LTC. <br/><br/>Special CBI judge Virender Kumar Goel granted the relief to the accused on a personal bond of 1 lakh rupees and surety of like amount to each. While granting the relief, the court, however, put several conditions on the accused — Sahani, N S Nair, the then Office Superintendent of Air India, and Anup Singh Panwar, an employee of Delhi-based Air Cruise Travels Private Limited. <br/><br/>The court asked them not to leave the country without its prior permission. The court passed the order after the accused appeared before it in pursuance to the summons issued to them and moved the bail application.
