The Rajya Sabha faced repeated adjournments as Congress members continued their protest on the 'National Herald' issue for the fourth consecutive day Friday. Leader of the Opposition Ghulam Nabi Azad, however, denied that his party colleagues were stalling the proceedings of the House for the last few days due to National Herald case. Responding to Mr Azad's clarification, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said it was the perception that the opposition is stalling the proceedings on National Herald issue.
