The Delhi High Court will today hear a plea of former Janata Dal (United) President Sharad Yadav challenging his disqualification from Rajya Sabha. He has made a plea for an interim order permitting him to attend the Winter Session which begins today. <br/><br/><br/>However, the court asked how Rajya Sabha Chairman was made a party in the case by the petitioner. The query was posed by Justice Vibhu Bakhru. <br/><br/>Senior advocate Kapil Sibal, appearing for Sharad Yadav, said, the Rajya Sabha Chairman, who is the Vice President, was made a party, as malafides have been attributed to him in the petition against the disqualification order of December 4.On this day, the Chairman had also disqualified Yadav's party colleague and another Rajya Sabha member Ali Anwar.<br/>
