Rajya Sabha Chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu today lauded Team India's 'Spirit of Gabba' that resulted in the historic Test series win against Australia last month. Referring to the gallant efforts of the cricket team in the Upper House today, Mr. Naidu complimented the never say die attitude of the young cricketers. He noted that the spirit of Gabba should inspire young India to rise to new heights and fulfill their aspirations with grit and determination. Drawing a parallel to the historic win, Mr. Naidu said that the country is close to leaving behind the testing times of last year by making a promising start this year. He said the nation has displayed its unified spirit time and again while facing challenges on several occasions.
