<span style="color: #222222;">Rajya Sabha Chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu has held a meeting with the Union Home Secretary, Joint Secretary of Health and Family Welfare and DG, ICMR today on measures to ensure the health security of MPs during the Covid pandemic. Mr. Naidu informed the House that the officials have stressed on the need to wear a mask, adopting the practice of safe distancing, healthy lifestyle and hygiene to curb the spread of the Covid-19.<br />''<br />''The Chairman said these measures are important and urged the members to keep 6 feet distance and other measures in mind while attending the ongoing Monsoon Session. He also informed that antigen and RT-PCR tests are available in the Parliament premises for the members of Parliament. The Chairman also asked them to avoid meeting with him and write to him as much as possible about their issues. Earlier the House paid obituary reference to former member Naznin Faruque and observed two minute silence.</span><br />
