Rajya Sabha Chairman Mohammed Hamid Ansari today took a serious note of the absence of HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar for a while during the Question Hour observing that this was most unusual situation. <br/><br/>Mr Javadekar, who was deputizing Minister for Environment, forest and climate change Anil Madhav Dave, said that he has gone to the Lok Sabha for a while to introduce two bills relating to his ministry. Later when Mr Javadekar entered the Rajya Sabha, Chairman said the Minister should be present in the House when the question is listed against his name. <br/><br/>For this, the Minister also apologized for his brief absence. He later answered the question. However, Congress members protested for the absence. Responding to this, Chairman said the point raised by the House is registered.
