<span style="color: #222222;">The Rajya Sabha today began discussion on the working of the Ministry of law and Justice in the post lunch session. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The members expressed their concern on the reduction of the budgetary allocation to the Ministry in general. Bhupender Yadav of BJP said that legal services should be made affordable to all sections especially to the poor in the society. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that there is a need for legislative training in the Country which will make the democracy, a worthwhile participation. Dr. Amee Yagnik of the Congress said that the shortfall in the judiciary needs to be addressed.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' S.R.Balasubramaniam of AIADMK said that the slash in the budget for legal education should be taken into consideration and the Government should provide for the law universities functioning in Tamilnadu and other parts of the country. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Prasanna Acharya of the BJD said that there was too many holidays for the Courts and expressed concern when lawyers are in total protest. He said that litigants have equal rights for justice.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
