The Rajya Sabha has begun discussion on the Railway Budget. Initiating the debate, senior BJP leader Mr. Venkaiya Naidu alleged that the budget is not focussed. He said that nothing has been done to take care of the financial health of the public sector unit. He further alleged that no safety fund has been created. The discussion is continuing.
