The Rajya Sabha has been adjourned till 2 PM following the uproar by Samajwadi Party on the issue of alleged fake encounters in Noida. As soon as the House met for the day, Naresh Agrawal of the SP tried to raise the issue of encounters in Noida by the UP police, but Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu did not allow him, saying the adjournment notice in this regard has been rejected. Following this, the SP members trooped into the well, raising slogans against the incidents. <br/><br/>Aam Admi Party members also came into the well raising the issue of sealing of properties in Delhi. Responding to this, the Chairman expressed his unhappiness saying the agitating members are not interested in peoples' problem and they want to create a ruckus to gain publicity outside. <br/><br/>He repeatedly requested the members to go back to their seats but in vain. Meanwhile, K V P Ramchandra Rao of the Congress trooped into the well displaying a placard seeking help for Andhra Pradesh. As the noisy scenes continued, Mr Naidu adjourned the House till 2 PM.<br/><br/>The Lok Sabha has been adjourned for the day after paying tribute to Kairana MP Hukum Singh who passed away on Saturday. Earlier, newly elected MPs Dr Karan Singh Yadav and Raghu Sharma of Congress and Sajda Ahmed of TMC took the oath.
