The Rajya Sabha was adjourned for the second time till 2PM today following opposition uproar over different issues. AIADMK members repeatedly plunged into the well of the House demanding for expediting the process of oath taking of Mrs V K Shashikala as Tamil Nadu Chief Minister.<br/><br/>On the other hand, agitating Congress members insisted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should apologise for his remarks against former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh in the House yesterday while replying to the discussion on the motion of thanks to the President for his address to the joint sitting of Parliament. Chairman Mohammed Hameed Ansari adjourned the House till 2PM as his repeated requests for taking up Question Hour were not responded to by the agitating members.<br/><br/>Earlier, the House was adjourned for 35 minutes till noon following noisy scenes. Sitaram Yechuri of the CPI(M) and Sharad Yadav of the JD(U) demanded suspension of the business to raise their objections over Prime Minister's reply. Mr Yechuri charged the Prime Minister with not replying to the questions raised by the members. He alleged that the government has allowed the holders of the black money to convert that into white.<br/><br/>Anand Sharma of the Congress took serious objection on the reference by the Prime Minister to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and senior party leader S.B. Chavan.
