<span style="color: #222222;">The Rajya Sabha has been adjourned till 2 pm following opposition uproar over suspension of 12 members from the Winter Session of Parliament. When the House reassembled at 12 noon after the first adjournment, The leader of the House and Union Minister Piyush Goyal rejected the allegations of Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge and said that he himself reached out to the opposition members to resolve the deadlock over the suspension &nbsp;of members. Mr Goyal said, the suspended members have tarnished the image of the House by their unruly behavior during the last day of Monsoon Session of Parliament. He said, these members have so far not apologised for their conduct. Meanwhile, the Deputy Chairman Harivansh tried to conduct the Question Hour but due to the opposition uproar, the Chair had to adjourn the House till 2 PM.<br />''<br />''Earlier, when the House met for the day, Congress leader Anand Sharma raised the issue of suspension of 12 opposition members during Zero hour and requested the government to find a solution to resolve the issue to ensure smooth functioning of the House.<br />''<br />'' Rajya Sabha &nbsp;Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu said that he has already suggested that the Leader of the House and Leader of the Opposition should sit together to resolve the matter. Leader of the Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge alleged that the government is not ready to consider the request of opposition about revocation of suspension of these 12 members. After that the Congress members staged a walk out of the House.&nbsp; Members from other political parties also raised the issue. Mr Naidu expressed concern over the disruption in the proceeding of the House. Later he adjourned the House till 12 Noon.&nbsp; Earlier, papers were laid on the table of the House by the concerned Ministers and members.</span><br />
