Rajya Sabha adjourned for the day following Opposition uproar over NRC issue

Amid noisy scenes, Chairman Venkaiah Naidu adjourned the House for 10 minutes. When the House reassembled noisy scenes continued and it was adjourned for the day. <br />''<br />''Initiating the discussion earlier today, leader of the Opposition Gulam Nabi Azad said the issue is relating to human rights affecting over 40 lakh people in Assam. <br />''<br />''He said the issue should not be politicized.
