The Rajya Sabha has been adjourned for lunch. When the House reassembled at noon after its first adjournment, there was no order in the House. The Congress members continued to raise slogans against the renaming of the Hyderabad International airport. Chairman Mohammed Hamid Ansari adjourned the House till 1 PM. Congress members trooped into the well of the House as it met for the day on the airport issue.
The question hour in the Rajya Sabha has been shifted from 1100 hours to noon in the winter session.
