Mr Goel said he had not taken Rahul Gandhi's name yesterday in the House as pointed out by Anand Sharma of Congress, and demanded the party should apologize for misleading the House on Rafale.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Congress members took exception to mention of Rahul Gandhi's name as he is not a member of the Upper House. Responding to this, Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu said that he will go through the record.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Bhupendra Yadav of BJP charged the Congress with creating disruptions in the House on one pretext or the other.
