The Rajya Sabha had to be adjourned abruptly for the day following uproarious scene. When the Human Resource Development Minister was making her reply on the situation arising in the Central Institutions of Higher Education with specific reference to JNU and Hyderabad University, Congress members objected to her reference about a pamphlet. <br/><br/>Protesting it, some members came to the well due to which the Deputy Chairman had to adjourn the House, which was continuing till late evening. Mrs. Irani however,could not complete her reply.
