The Rajya Sabha was adjourned for the day amid uproar by the main opposition Congress over the issue of alleged irregularities in Delhi and District Cricket Association. Just after the passage of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children )Bill, Congress members trooped into the well demanding Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's resignation on the issue.<br/><br/>Amidst din government tried to table the Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Bill. Deputy Chairman P J Kurien asked the agitating members to allow the House to function as the Congress had agreed during all party meeting to pass some key bills. Leader of Opposition Ghulam Nabi Azad said his party has committed for the passage of Juvenile Justice Bill today and it has been passed. CPI(M) MP Tapan Sen said bills should not be passed amids din. Reacting to it , Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu said government is ready for discussion on the bill right now. But, Congress members continued shouting slogans and Deputy Chairman adjourned the House till tomorrow. Earlier in the day, in pre-lunch session, the House witnessed repeated adjournments over the issue.
