The Rajya Sabha was adjourned for 15 minutes on Saffron terror issue. As the House met for the day, Mr. Manohar Joshi of Shiv Sena was joined by BJP members seeking suspension of question hour to take up the issue. The agitated members went into the well of the House seeking response from the government. There were heated exchanges between the treasury and opposition benches leading to adjournment of the House. The issue also figured in the two Houses on Thursday.
