Rajya Sabha was adjourned till 12 Noon following protest by the opposition parties over Indo-China border and other issues. When the House met for the day, Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge raised the issue of Chinese incursion saying that discussion must be allowed on this sensitive national security matter. Mr Kharge said, he was not allowed to speak on this issue despite the Chairman's direction that the Leader of Opposition, Leader of the House, and Former Prime Minister will be allowed to speak anytime whenever they want. Responding to it, Deputy Chairman Harivansh denied it saying that he has full respect for the Leader of Opposition and he always gives him a chance to speak.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The Deputy Chairman disallowed adjournment notices moved by members from Congress and AAP on the Indo-China border issue, alleged misuse of central agencies, and unemployment. Following this, Congress and AAP MPs trooped into the well pressing their demands. Members from RJD, DMK, and others were on their feet. The Deputy Chairman repeatedly asked the Members to go back to their seats but they continued with their demands. Meanwhile, opposition members were countered by Treasury bench members by raising counter slogans. As the noisy scene continued, the House was adjourned till 12 Noon. &nbsp;</span><br />
