Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh arrived in Uttrakhand yesterday on a four-day visit to take part in various programmes. <br/><br/>He will address the probationers of civil service at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration in Mussoorie today. <br/><br/>Mr Singh is also schedule to visit border district of Chamoli to review the security arrangements with ITBP in the region.
