Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will chair the 28th meeting of the Northern Zonal Council in Chandigarh today. <br/><br/>The Council comprises Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Delhi and Chandigarh. <br/><br/>The meeting will be attended by Chief Ministers, ministers and senior officers. It aims to boost regional cooperation between states and resolve inter-state differences and issues amicably.<br/><br/>The council meets every year and makes recommendations regarding any matter concerning border disputes to the member states.
