BJP president Rajnath Singh today lashed out at the Congress-led UPA government, saying it has failed on all fronts.

Addressing an election rally at Bhangala village near Mukerian, about 60 km from Hoshiarpur, in support of BJP candidate from Hoshiarpur Lok Sabha seat Vijay Sampla, Singh said that due to “failure of the UPA government on all fronts and its bad governance”, the prices of essential commodities and unemployment rate had increased to a great extent.

Singh also claimed that despite various requests from the SAD-BJP government in Punjab for special status to the state, the UPA government had turned a deaf ear.
