He said, India can make any army in the world next to them, in high altitude warfare. &nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' Rajnath Singh called, considering the issues that army faces in high altitude Defence Institute of High Altitude Research of DRDO should research, develop and strengthen the strategic ecosystems in the region.<br />'' <br />'' Rajnath Singh addressed a mix of Army, Paramilitary and general public including farmers after inaugurating the 26th Ladakhi Kisan Jawan Vigyan Mela in Leh this morning. <br />'' <br />'' Defence Minister set a target for DIHAR to work on the challenges in High Altitude Region (HAR- failure) to turn them to JEET (Victory), in the coming three years. While recalling his earlier visit to Siachen as Defence Minister, Rajnath Singh said the conditions in which the Indian army protecting country's borders are inspired him.<br />'' <br />'' While referring Prime Minister Narendra Modi's statement on Union Territory Status, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said as the Ladakh is strategic location for country's security, the centre can go to any extent in protecting it.<br />'' <br />'' Rajnath Singh said, after the abrogation of Article 370 the people of Jammu &amp; Kashmir and Ladakh are with the Government. Defence Minister ridiculed the foul cry by Pakistan about Kashmir on international forums.<br />'' <br />'' He also asked Ladakh community to reduce usage of Single use plastic and asked DIHAR to innovate technologies to make a Green house with recycled plastic which would resolve a big ecological challenge of the world.<br />'' <br />''<br />''DRDO Chairman DR.
