BJP leader and Union Home minister Rajnath Singh has asked the people of Uttar Pradesh to vote for ending anarchism in the state. <br/><br/>Speaking at a rally in Kanpur Dehat today, he said, if BJP forms the government, loans of small farmers will be waived off. In Kanpur Dehat, voting will take place in the third phase on 19th February. Mr Singh also addressed a rally at Bewar in Mainpuri today. <br/><br/>Addressing a press conference in Lucknow today, senior BJP leader Arun Jaitly said, SP government has institutionalised the crime in the state where no one is safe. He termed the alliance of SP and Congress as opportunistic one which was made out of compulsion.
