The BJP has named party President Rajnath Singh as the election campaign committee chief replacing Narendra Modi. The decision was taken at the party's Parliamentary Board meeting in New Delhi this evening. Modi, who is BJP's prime ministerial candidate for upcoming general elections, was anointed as election campaign committee chief in June this year.
