Senior IPS officer Rajiv Rai Bhatnagar has been appointed as the new Director General of Central Reserve Police Force, CRPF. The officer of 1983 batch of Uttar Pradesh Cadre is presently serving as the Director General of Narcotics Control Bureau. <br/><br/>The post was vacant since 1st of March after the retirement of K. Durga Prasad. Additional Director General of CRPF Sudeep Lakhtakia is currently holding the additional charge of the post.
