Rajesh Talwar, father of murdered teenager Aarushi, was today attacked by an unidentified youth outside a Ghaziabad court. He suffered injuries following the attack and was rushed to a hospital by his lawyers. He had gone to the court to file a protest petition against CBI's closure report in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case. He demanded fresh probe into the case. Following the incident, the hearing in the case has been adjourned till eighth of next month.
