Mr Rajendra Bhandari who is an independent MLA from Uttrakhand has been inducted into Congress. According to a release issued by the congress the approval to this effect was given by party president Mrs. Sonia Gandhi. Mr. Bhandari was a minister in present BJP government in Uttarakhand and resigned from the cabinet on 28th December.
