In Bihar, rail traffic on Barauni-Katihar section has been partially restored. Movement of trains on this rail section was paralysed following derailment of 14 bogies of Guwahati bound Rajdhani Express derailed between Naugachhia and Kharik stations of East Central railway this morning. Trains are running on UP Line.<br/><br/>Spokesperson of East Central Railway Dilip Kumar told AIR that the traffic on Down track will be restored only after forensic inquiry of the damaged rail track. There was no casualty in this incident. <br/><br/>Rail passengers of the ill fated Rajdhani Express trains have been sent to their destination by a special train comprising 17 Air Conditioned boggies. <br/><br/>A portion of rail track was found broken. Those coaches which were derailed include three AC-7, Two AC-03 First AC-1 and pantry 3.<br/><br/>Nine passengers trains have been cancelled. Long rout trains including Mahananda and Awadh Assam trains have been diverted via Kiul- Malda route.
