The Rajasthan Government will constitute 7 special courts for fast disposal of corruption cases. A draft bill for this was approved by the state cabinet today. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot presided over the meeting.Provisions have been made for seizure of undeclared property of public servants invloved in corruption. All the cases of corruption will be disposed within a year.According to the draft bill, special courts to hear corruption cases will be established initially in Jaipur and Jodhpur.
