Temperatures have slightly increased in plain areas but it dip in Mount Abu where on Wednesday minimum temp was -1 degree celsius. <br/><br/>Temps are ranging between 4 to 9 degree celsius in the state and state is still reeling under severe cold wave. Dholpur was the coldest place in plain areas at 3.9 degree celsius. Dense fog is also disturbing rail and road traffic in the state. <br/><br/>North Western Railway has canceled 3 trains Jaipur-Amritsar Express, Jodhpur-Varansi Marudhar Express and Ganganagar -Ambala intercity express till 31 st January due to fog, many other trains are running late by hours.
