The Rajasthan government will form a new law to check the incidents of illicit liquor. In the state assembly today, the Excise Minister Rajendra Parik said that provision would be made to penalise officials also who are found guilty in case of any death due to spurious liquor. BJP MLAs alleged that spirit is being supplied by two companies to other states on fake permit. Mr.Parik has said that 10 crore rupees have been imposed on these companies. Due to hue and cry on the issue, the House was adjourned for half an hour.
