In Rajasthan, residents of Jalore, Barmer, Pali and Sirohi districts facing flood-like situations have come to relief as rain activities stopped today. Due to the effect of cyclonic storm Biparjoch, there was heavy rain at some places of Jaipur, Ajmer, Bharatpur, and Kota divisions today. Incessant rain since last night in Tonk and Sawai Madhopur districts led to water-logging in several low-lying places. The Meteorological Department has issued a red alert for heavy rainfall in Bundi and Sawai Madhopur today.
