The Rajasthan High Court today turndown 20 per cent reservation to youth in civics bodies and Panchayat Raj Institution double bench comprising of Chief Justice Jagdish Bhalla and Justice M N Bhandary counseled state government notification in the regard the government notified this reservation on 14th September 2009. <br/><br/>In the order the court said that government has no right to give privilege on the basis of age and sex. In an another order this bench of the High Court instructed state government to frame a policy on illegal vehicle called (jugad). <br/><br/>In the reply the government inform the Court that already one thousand such vehicle have been destroyed and government is serious about this matter. <br/>
