The Rajasthan High court has ordered to handover enquiry against previous BJP government to Lokayukt. Today a division bench of the High court ordered on a pettition and said that Lokayukt is a capable and fair agency to inquire the charges against public representatives and officers. <br/><br/>The state government constituted Justice Mathur commission in January last year to probe charges of corruption against previous Vasundhra Raje government. Constitution of commission was challenged in the court.
