The Rajasthan High Court on Wednesday issued notice to CBI in the Bhanwari Devi case. While hearing the habeas corpus petition filed by Bhanari Devi's husband, the High Court said CBI is investigating this case, therefore, a notice should be served to investigation agency through IG Police of Jodhpur.The court also rejected the state government's plea to reject the habeas corpus petition. The next hearing in the case will be on 3rd of next month.Bhanwari Devi, an auxiliary nurse has been missing since 1st of September. Meanwhile CBI has filed an FIR and started investigation of this case.
