The Rajasthan High Court today deferred the hearing on habeas corpus petition filed by Amarchand, the husband of nurse Bhanwari Devi. The next hearing on this petition will be on 10th of next month. Bhanwari Devi is missing since 1st Sept 2010. Amarchand who is also an accused in this case was arrested by CBI this week and is on police remand till 20th Dec.
