The Rajasthan High Court on Tuesday admitted the habeas corpus petition filed by the husband of missing ANM Bhanwari Devi. After preliminary hearing, the bench comprising of Justice Sangeet Lodha and Justice Chandmal Totla issued notices to the Home Secretary, the Inspector General of Police, Jodhpur Range and Supdt, of Police (Rural), to personally appear before the court on Thursday. All of them have been asked to inform the court about the action taken so far to trace the missing ANM. The Investigation Officer of the case has also been summoned along with the case diary. The ANM Bhanwari Devi is missing from Borunda in Jodhpur district from 1st of this month. The police have not been able to trace her so far.
