BJP leader and Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat today said that in Rajasthan, 10 lakh criminal cases were registered in the last four years under the Congress-led government.<br />''  <br />'' Addressing a press conference at party headquarters the Minister said according to NCRB data, Rajasthan has become the number one state in the country in crime against women.<br />''  <br />'' Mr. Shekhawat alleged that there is fear among the common people of Rajasthan and the morale of the criminals is high.
