Rajasthan Govt to introduce Guaranteed Delivery of Public Service Bill

The Rajasthan Government will introduce Guaranteed Delivery of Public Services Bill in the current monsoon session of the State Assembly.The decision was taken in the meeting of the State Cabinet today at Jaipur. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that government will present this Bill in the State Assembly and will try to get it passed in the current session.Mr. Gehlot said that 15 public services will be included in this Bill and there is a provision of penalty of 500 to 5000 rupees and the right to appeal in case of non-delivery of service in this Bill. He said that it will reduce corruption and grievances of the common people.
