In Rajasthan, Epidemic Act has been invoked from today to effectively control the rising cases of Swine Flu in the State. The Act empower the Health Officials and District Collectors to take decision as per the situation without waiting for the formalities. Meanwhile, the death toll due to H1N1 and risen to 94 with 2243 positive cases reported so far in the state. <br/>
