Rajasthan gives Railways near-impossible task of scoring 403 runs

Railways had their backs to the wall as Rajasthan set them a near impossible task of scoring 403 runs on the final day of their Cooch Bihar Trophy plate group semifinal at the Sawai Man Singh stadium in Jaipur today.Rajasthan had taken a 136-run lead by bowling out Railways for 119. A fine unbeaten half-century by Siddhartha Lohia (58) then helped the hosts declare their second innings at 256 for nine.By close of play on the third day, Railways were staring defeat after being reduced to 27 for three. Earlier Rajasthan, resuming their second innings at 72 for four, defied the visitors to post a stiff target.
