Rajasthan CM directs to conduct survey of damage by heavy rain

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has directed officials to conduct a survey of the damage caused by heavy rainfall in the state and provide immediate relief to the affected people. He also asked to release financial help of one lakh rupees to the family of the victims of heavy rain as per the provisions of Calamity Relief Fund. Officials said, presiding over State Disaster Management Authority meeting in Jaipur yesterday, Gehlot reviewed the situation and directed officials to take all necessary steps to provide relief to the affected people.
