Campaigning is in full swing for the assembly elections in Rajasthan. BJP leader and Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed an election rally in Baran today.<br />''<br />'' He said that there is a need for a double-engine government in the state. This will lead to development of the state in every field. He said that Rajasthan is among the states with highest unemployment and inflation. He criticized the Congress government in the state on nepotism, appeasement and corruption. Mr. Modi said that there has been a huge increase in cases of atrocities against women in the state. Whereas for BJP, women's safety and women's welfare are the matters at top priority.<br />''<br />''Referring to the paper leak cases, he said that papers of competitive examinations in the state were sold for lakhs of rupees. Mr. Modi said that strict action will be taken against the people involved in corruption. Mr. Modi is scheduled to address public meetings in Kota and Karauli. He will conduct a road show in Jaipur city in the evening. Special preparations have been made for around four kilometers long road show. BJP leader and Home Minister Amit Shah will hold a road show in Sawai Madhopur in the evening after addressing three public meetings today. BJP national president J. P Nadda is holding election rallies for party candidates in Sikar and Bikaner.&nbsp; Senior leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party including Yogi Adityanath, Himanta Bishwa Sarma, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Smriti Irani, Piyush Goyal, Vasundhara Raje, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and Arjun Ram Meghwal are campaigning for party candidates at various places.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''On the other hand, senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, while addressing a public meeting in Vallabhnagar of Udaipur district today, accused BJP of spreading hatred. He said that BJP is trying to divert attention from issues like inflation and unemployment. He said that Congress has always been working for the welfare of the poor, backward and tribal people. Mr. Gandhi is scheduled to address election rallies in Jalore and Barmer. Congress leader and Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is scheduled to hold public meetings at six places in five districts today. Many star campaigners including Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge, Sachin Pilot, Mukul Wasnik, Jitendra Singh are also campaigning for the party candidates. BSP chief Mayawati, Rashtriya Loktantrik Party chief Hanuman Beniwal, Azad Samaj Party chief Chandrashekhar Azad, Rashtriya Lok Dal chief Jayant Chaudhary and JanNayak Janata Party leader Dushyant Chautala also have program to hold public meetings for their party candidates at various places.<br />
