To check corruption among public and civil servants, Rajasthan Assembly has today passed a bill for constitution of special courts. These courts will have the rights to seize the disproportionate properties. The bill was passed after a long debate before it was presented by the Minister of Parliamentary affairs Mr.Shanti Dhariwal. The bill has the provision of time bound hearings of cases handed over to these courts. Initially two special courts will be constituted.
