Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa will hold bilateral discussions with the Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh during the sidelines of the SAARC summit in Bhutan this week. <br/> <br/>Stating this in his first interaction with the media after taking over as the new Foreign Affairs Minister, Professor G.L. Pieris said that Sri Lankan President will explain to India the measures taken by his government to improve the situation in the country following the end of the war.<br/>
