The Telecom Minister; Mr A. Raja today refuted allegations with regard to the allocation of 2G Spectrum. Replying to questions in the Rajya Sabha today, Mr. Raja categorically stated that the process of allocation of Spectrum is fully transparent. The house had witnessed uproar on Wednesday over the issue. <br/>
