Former Telecom Minister A Raja today told a Delhi court that he would not respond to CBI's fresh plea to invoke additional charge of criminal breach of trust against all the accused in the 2G spectrum allocation scam. He said he would not participate in the hearing till the agency stated that its probe in the case was over.
