The Rajasthan High Court has asked the State Government to form district level committees to monitor and check encroachments at water sources like ponds,rivers and dams.In the interim order Justice Manish Bhandari directed the govt to present a detail action taken report on 23rd April.According to the interim order these committees will take action in cases of encroachments on catchment areas of water sources.Chief Secretary C K Mathew has also been summoned by the court .The court asked the committees to resolve inter district water disputes
