Actor turned politician Raj Babbar will be the new Congress President in politically crucial Uttar Pradesh, which will go to Assembly poll early next year. His appointment was announced by party General Secretary Janardan Dwivedi in New Delhi this evening. Party leaders Raja Ram Pal, Rajesh Mishra, Bhagwati Prasad and Imran Masood have been appointed senior Vice Presidents.
