Raipur-Titilagarh train services likely to be restored today

In Odisha, the train services between Raipur and Titilagarh section is likely to be restored by Tuesday evening. Railway official sources said that the repair of the affected tracks is being carried out in full swing.General Manager, East Coast Railways, Inder Ghosh along with other senior railways officers is monitoring the repairing work at the accident site.The route was disrupted following derailment of eight bogies of Durg – Puri Intercity Express last night near Nuapara station, about 117 kms away from Raipur. Meanwhile, all stranded passengers were sent to their destination by a special train.Puri – Gandhidham express, Puri – Durg Intercity Express, Visakhapatnam – Nizamuddin Samata Express plying on the route have been diverted via Jharsuguda station.
